Gather your gear and roll.
Before you dive into the full body self-massage, make sure you have the right equipment. You’ll need:
2 therapy balls + a tether for them (i.e. mesh bag or tube sock)
a yoga block
a blanket (a thick Mexican blanket is ideal)
a wooden dowel (or broom stick, long-handled wooden spoon)
Feel free to follow the entire playlist for a one-hour full body massage (from the feet to the head) or just navigate to the body part that needs the most love as each video can stand alone.
